Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return or exchange goods bought from Vintage Tyres within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact us before returning goods. See note on shipping costs below
To be eligible for a return, items must be in an unused condition. Tyres and tubes that have been fitted to a wheel are deemed to be used
If goods bought from Vintage Tyres are found to be defective, please notify us as soon as possible after a fault is discovered by email sales@vintagetyres.com or by phone 01590 612261
Special-order items are subject to a re-stocking fee
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer

Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item
If a refund is approved we will re-credit your account or credit/debit card
If your refund hasn’t been made after five working days please email sales@vintagetyres.com or phone 01590 612261

If you want to return or exchange an item, Vintage Tyres will organise shipping from your address to our warehouse via UPS. You will be responsible for the cost of this shipping
For goods deemed to be defective by the customer, Vintage Tyres will pay for the return shipping, but will deduct this cost from any refund if the goods are deemed in good order after inspection
