In the late 1970s Pirelli developed the P5 tyre in partnership with Jaguar as part of the car manufacturer’s protracted development of its new prestige saloon.

The tyre was homolgated in 1979 in sizes to suit Jaguar’s existing range of saloons and the XJ-S, and also in a new lower-profile size for the XJ40 (15in wheel fitment rather than the metric fitment). These sizes are also suitable for several other large powerful cars of the period.

This 215/70WR15 Pirelli Cinturato P5 radial tyre is a suitble fitment for: Lamborghini Miura, Jarama, Maserati Bora, Ghibli, Jaguar XJ12 and XJS.

This is a tubeless radial classic tyre.
